Dr Hugh Selsick
Dr Hugh Selsick
Consultant in Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry

Hugh Selsick is a Consultant in Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry and lead clinician at the Insomnia Clinic at The Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine/University College London Hospitals and a consultant in Sleep Medicine at the Sleep Disorders Centre at Guy’s and St Thomas. He majored in Physiology at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg before completing an Honours degree in Physiology and MBBCh at the same institution. He runs the Sleep Group in the Royal College of Psychiatrists and is a council member of the Sleep Medicine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine. His special interest is in the relationship between sleep disorders and psychiatric disorders.

Founder and Managing Director of ADHD 360 Limited

Phil is the founder and MD for ADHD 360 Limited – a national service provider for ADHD assessment and treatment across the lifespan. Phil has worked in ADHD for 20 years with experience in ADHD and the criminal justice system, ADHD in adults in complex social settings, the treatment of complex paediatric patients with ADHD and other co-occurring conditions as well as systems and processes in the clinical setting for efficient and effective, safe treatment. Phil has experience working in the NHS setting as well as having worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a performance improvement consultant.

Clinical Director and Consultant Nurse at ADHD 360 Limited

Lisa Mangle is a highly acclaimed ADHD clinician. Lisa has spent the best part of the last decade training psychiatrists, paediatricians and nurses, on the pharmacology of treatments for ADHD. From her humble roots as a student nurse, time has seen Lisa rise to the position of the national nursing lead for ADHD 360 and an internationally renowned expert and speaker. Choosing to return to the treatment ‘coalface’ Lisa’s treatment for her patients knows few equals. Lisa has previously overseen the medical introduction of new pharmacological products into the UK and European ADHD market.
