Integrated Care Pathway (ICP)
An Integrated Care Pathway document for the management of ADHD patients throughout their ADHD journey. Created in association with UK healthcare professionals to guide the patient journey through their ADHD diagnosis.
This ICP has been designed to facilitate the implementation of current guidance and best practice in the management of ADHD.
It is intended to facilitate communication across the multidisciplinary team and to ensure that an appropriate care plan is implemented for each patient and their family.
This ICP was developed by an independent steering group supported by an unrestricted educational grant from Flynn Pharma Ltd. in 2010.

‘ART’ – the ADHD Referral Toolkit – is a primary care toolkit designed to improve the quality of ADHD referrals to secondary care. This resource is available to all UK primary care clinicians.
