Dr Nagy Awadalla is the founder of, and has been the clinical director and lead paediatrician at the Mina Essex Diagnostic Centre for the last 3 years. This private centre specialises in the assessment and diagnosis of Autism and ADHD.

Dr Awadalla has been a paediatrician for more than 23 years. During that time, he has worked as a paediatrician in some of the leading London hospitals, in both the NHS and privately, in neonatal, acute and community paediatrics. During this time, he also started a private urgent care unit within a private hospital in London.

After retiring, Dr Awadalla returned to the NHS as a locum community consultant paediatrician working within Cambridgeshire Community NHS Trust as well as Coventry and Warwick NHS Trust, specialising in Autism and ADHD in children under the age of 18.
