Dr Kustow is a leading Consultant Psychiatrist, working in a specialist NHS adult ADHD service in London. He has a busy private practice and is Medical Director of The Grove Practice.

Dr Kustow has developed a specialist clinical expertise working with adult ADHD, both in terms of diagnosis and medical management, and in developing comprehensive psychosocial interventions. He is committed to working with and building on people’s strengths, helping patients develop strategies for balanced, healthy living and positive relationships.

Dr Kustow is a Member of UKAAN's Executive Board and its Director of Training. He was instrumental in developing and updating the country’s adult ADHD training programme for mental health practitioners. He is co-author of an adult ADHD textbook and chaired a team of European experts to update the medication section of the 2018 European Consensus Statement on Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult ADHD.

He is a recognised international speaker and won the ‘Genius Award’ at the 2021 Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards for the ground-breaking ‘Lifeskills’ adult ADHD group programme. Dr Kustow has also served as an expert in adult ADHD-related legal proceedings and as professional expert and lead team member in a 2021 NICE guideline medical technologies evaluation programme.

Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in adult ADHD, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust

Dr Johnson completed his higher training in Psychiatry from the University of Liverpool and has been working as a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Northwest region since 2005. He set up the adult ADHD service at his local Trust in 2008 and has since been heading the service. He was involved in setting up adult ADHD clinics for the local prison service.

For over a decade, he has devoted his time to training and raising awareness about ADHD in adults. He has delivered ADHD training programmes to a variety of professionals including GPs, psychiatrists, nurses, probation officers and other practitioners working in mental health. He has been invited to speak at a number of national and international conferences and has participated in multi-centre research trials in ADHD. Dr Johnson is the Northwest lead for the national organisation, UKAAN (UK Adult ADHD Network).

Sarah Morris

Advanced clinical pharmacist and non-medical prescriber specialising in ADHD, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust

Sarah Morris has been working as a pharmacist in secondary care for the past 16 years, and has over 13 years of experience working within the mental health sector. Sarah has worked in both inpatient and community settings and was instrumental developing the role of a clinical pharmacist within the community mental health teams at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, Mid-Mersey division.

Over the past 4 years Sarah has had an active clinical role within the adult ADHD Team, working alongside the Consultant Psychiatrist to assess and treat adults with ADHD. This includes those who have never previously had a diagnosis of ADHD, as well as those who have been transitioned from CAMHS or paediatric services. In 2018 Sarah successfully completed her non-medical prescribing course and was registered as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. Sarah has been actively involved in the education of other healthcare professionals, including GPs, Consultant Psychiatrists and nursing staff on the treatment of ADHD, and in implementing Shared Care Agreements for ADHD medication.
